Dear Member / Parents of the Class of 2013,

The time has come to plan for the 2013 yearbook. This year we have made arrangements for Prestige Portraits by Lifetouch to take our senior portraits. Seniors will be sent an appointment card through the mail.  It will state the specific day, time, and location that he/she will be photographed. It is the responsibility of each senior to re-schedule his/her appointment if the day and time is not convenient.

To confirm or modify your senior portrait session, please utilize the company’s online scheduling website located at:  http://www.photoappointment.com

(The appointment card mailed to you will contain your confirmation code to access the online scheduling website)

IN THE INTEREST OF QUALITY AND UNIFORMITY, WE RECOMMEND THAT YOUR YEARBOOK PORTRAITS BE TAKEN BY PRESTIGE STUDIO BY LIFETOUCH.

There will be a variety of sitting sessions offered with varying backgrounds and clothing changes available. For those just wishing for the yearbook pose there will be a thirty dollar refundable sitting whereby the student may return the proofs to Lifetouch without ordering and receive their sitting fee of thirty dollars back.

After the portraits are taken, proofs will be mailed to you from Prestige Portraits and you will be asked to select which pose you would like submitted to the yearbook. When you receive your proofs there will be information which will explain how to submit your choice for your yearbook pose.

We urge all seniors to have their portraits taken during the summer at the times indicated on their appointment cards and not to wait until the fall when your personal schedule becomes more hectic.

Any questions regarding sittings or portrait orders with Prestige Studio by Lifetouch may be directed to the Studio’s representative at Newton North Mr. Terry Bleiler at 781-789-0778.   Thank you for your attention to this important matter

Sincerely,
